It started with an MRI. A routine knee scan that turned into three separate bills — facility fee, radiologist read, and a contrast charge nobody mentioned upfront. The total was over $500 more than the "estimate" we were given.

We looked for a way to see the real price before booking. It didn't exist. Every search led to vague ranges, insurance-speak, or "call for pricing" dead ends.

So we decided to build it. Prismed shows you the full bundled cash price for imaging and lab tests upfront — before you book. No split bills, no surprises.
